Greetings Fellow Readers! Welcome to the April Edition of Wednesday Rants. I got some extremely important news to talk about so let us begin.
[Posting my Stories on Fictionaut]
There are conversations going on between Fictionaut Members and the people in running the website. The conversation grew could in the Forum but is going in Facebook.

There appears to be some decisions that could be made in the future, and chances are I may not agree with it. If I do not like the direction Fictionaut goes, I may walk and leave the site. That means I will also take all of my works on Fictionaut. If should I find myself leaving Fictionaut, I have no intention of looking for another website to post any of my stories on. I know there are many websites, even some decent ones that could cater to posting stories on the internet, but I really do not want to go through the whole process of re-posting 5 years worth of stories. This is NOT laziness, its that many things have happened since I joined Fictionaut from pursuing Comic Book Companies to developing Tabletop Games, I do not have the energy to go through all that posting.
I don't know what I will do with all that work, maybe focus on turning some of them into Comic Books scripts like I did with 'Arcana Magi Rush', but it is still very very early right now with Fictionauts situation.
Nothing may even happen, but I felt that I should mention this now, right now, so that if any changes happen at Fictionaut occur and I make the choice to leave, that decision will not spring up on all of you all of sudden. You already know the situation. I hope I can stay on Fictionaut longer, this is a great pace.
[Arcana Magi]
'Arcana Magi Memorial Vol. 5-c.5' is coming to an end next week. I hope all of you enjoyed Azure's latest adventure. Next month on 'Arcana Magi's 5th Anniversary' will be 'Arcana Magi Pure Vol. 5'. I expect the 5th Anniversary season to end around June, Fictionaut notwithstanding. So please continue to enjoy the universe.
[Swap Off]
The game coming along fine. There isn't much to say at this time, but I do want to point out that my target audience is for families. I hope that I have accomplish that level. The characters I am using are family characters, mom, dad, children, grandparents, and so on. I did the artwork for the characters though I am unsure if they will be used in the final product. Swap Off is officially a card game for 2 - 4 Players. Protoyping will resume next month.
[Splatterbomb™]
Rather than playtesing Splatterbomb™ this month, I decided to hold a roundtable discussion to get advice and help on the games direction and game mechanics. Thanks to NYC-Playtest.com, I have made decisions on where to focus the game at and its theme. Officially, I will be theming the game around Video Arcades. Here is an example via 'classicgamevideos' Channel on Youtube:

I am targeting a 2-5 player, asymmetrical style, tactical game. The story and world building is set, I have the characters drawn out, and the artistic and aesthetics are leaning towards what you would see on an Arcade Machine. There are still some game mechanics that I need to test out before making any omissions, this will happen at Next Months NYC-Playtest on May 2.
[Free Spring Day]
Just a heads up this Friday April 17 is 'Free Spring Day'. 'Shell' on Kindle and Peanut Butter Jelly (Splatterbomb™ Theme) on Bandcamp will both be free for 24 hours. This is your chance to scoop both on a single day. Please enjoy.
Also be sure to check out Alyssa Menes Music Composer for 'Peanut Butter Jelly' at:

That's all I have on my mind for now. Thank you all for listening to my rants.
Until Next Time...
See ya...
